About The Opportunity Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and own our most critical searches across a variety of business functions. This is a full‑time contract position with an opportunity for permanent employment contingent on performance. Jerry.ai is building the first super app to help people save time and money on their car, a $2T market in the U.S. Leveraging technology and machine learning, we optimize every aspect of owning a car—including buying/selling, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, and more. Since our launch in 2019, we’ve amassed over 5M customers, raised $240M in funding, and scaled our revenue 60X.

How You Will Make An Impact

Own full‑cycle recruiting for mid‑to‑senior level searches (including leadership) across product, engineering, data science, business, design, growth, legal, people ops, finance, etc.

Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies that meet team growth needs.

Mentor and support junior recruiters on the team.

Continuously review, reflect, and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Ideal Profile

7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing search complexity.

Prior recruiting at fast‑growth startups for product, design, or business operations is strongly preferred.

Track record of success in a high‑velocity, output‑driven environment.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Benefits & Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will be within the pay range listed on this posting, determined by experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified over time. Base salary may include equity grant opportunities.
