This training role prepares the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. You will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects, and maintain customer relationships across all "off‑premise" stores.
Training Program The Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role. Upon successful participation in the training program, the ST is eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles. If no ASM or another qualified role is available and the ST is meeting performance standards, the employee may remain in the ST role up to 12 months or until a new role becomes available, whichever comes first. The ST must interview for any available role after certification. The ST role is at‑will and may be terminated by either party at any time.
Responsibilities
Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects.
Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format off‑premise stores.
Service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
Obtain all tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, pricing, etc.) to execute the daily plan and communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
Assist with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to effectively drive the sales business.
Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record and meeting DOT driving standards.
Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.
