Greet customers and assist with service needs Recommend services and parts with confidence Coordinate vehicle workflow with technicians Communicate clearly with customers and team members Build estimates and obtain customer approvals Ensure timely updates and vehicle readiness Perform road tests as needed Support shop operations with flexibility and teamwork What You Bring
1+ year of experience in customer service or sales in the Automotive Industry Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer and math skills Valid driver’s license Mechanical knowledge is a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here
