Collaborate in a team environment with project management, construction and engineering team members in cross‑functional setting to ensure design is accurate and that contract responsibilities are met according to client's expectations Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, schematic design, design development and producing construction documents Apply basic knowledge of building codes and standards in the development of project designs Create conceptual plumbing designs based on verbal direction or rough sketches from construction Project Managers or other design team members Generate construction plumbing engineering drawings, including standard notes and details Manage and incorporate redlines provided by construction Project Manager Understand QA/QC process and work well in a digital environment Highly focused on quality, directing own work, and ensuring conformance with established project standards and project delivery processes Able to provide quality reviews of models and documents prepared by others to assure design and project standards are met Participate in trainings, as well as other learning opportunities NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3-5+ years of plumbing design experience Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam required Knowledge in Revit is a plus Experience working on design/build projects is a plus MAKE YOUR MOVE
