Business Development Representative

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to spearhead recruitment sales operations in the Raleigh, NC area.
Responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via delivery of strategic service initiatives
Preparing targeted proposals and presentations for decision makers and business owners within the Life Sciences recruitment space
Developing, maintaining and expanding key client relationships and create strategic business plans for each account
Generating forecasts, prepare status reports, client quotes and quality documentation
Negotiating contracts, pursue new opportunities, and carry out post recruitment activities, ensuring client satisfaction and service levels are exceeding client’s expectations
Leveraging the use of available company resources to provide value added support to each account
Achieving and exceed set new clients and recruiting placement targets
Strategically identify and engage new professional and commercial clients, regionally and nationally
Prospect new territories and participate in client outreach including inbound/outbound calls, written correspondence, and site visits
Qualify and prioritize multiple simultaneous customer staffing requirements
Develop and implement creative/alternative methods of client delivery and coordinate recruitment initiatives
Meet annual sales revenue goals set forth by TRS Management
Develop accurate and competitive markups for technical Contract and Direct Placement recruitment
Coordination of new-client contract execution between TRS Legal, new client, and TRS Management
Coordinate final resume review and submission, between TRS Staffing Consultants and client representatives
Other related duties as required by leadership
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5+ years of professional sales experience, ideally involving recruitment within the Life Sciences industry
Experience and knowledge of the engineering and validation disciplines would be ideal
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn (Recruiter or Sales Navigator) and the Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Background Check and Drug Screen Required
