Position Overview
209-Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist – Camden, NJ – $50,000/year. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Background check and drug test required. Principal only – no corp to corp.
Essential Functions
Analytics & Insights – Build dashboards, analyze programmatic schedules and financial data, provide data insights for strategic planning.
KPI Development & Performance Management – Create and maintain executive and program review KPIs, support measurement of supply‑chain initiatives.
Systems, Pipelines & Process Optimization – Enhance BI tools, create scalable data pipelines, automate manual reporting processes to drive efficiency.
Collaboration & Business Partnership – Partner with cross‑functional teams, translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience; graduate degree and minimum 2 years; or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in BI, analytics, data science dashboarding, business intelligence, or process automation; preference for Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, Microsoft Fabric.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
Strong SQL back‑end skills; experience with Python, R is a plus.
Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, proof of concept to project completion with stakeholder satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail, time management, problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
