Pillar4 Media is seeking a Video Producer to join our fast-growing team and work on one of our most successful digital brands, a market leader in the sleep health and reviews landscape: Mattress Clarity
The Video Producer will be responsible for shooting and editing dynamic video reviews of the most popular mattresses and sleep products available on the market today. You'll work closely with editorial and video teams to plan, edit, and create compelling video content that's engaging, informative and optimized for YouTube and web search.

What You'll Be Doing
Oversee the video content production of Mattress Clarity. This includes shooting and editing in-depth product reviews, "how-tos" and promotional content that is to be featured on our website, YouTube, and other social media channels. It will require you to produce these videos from pre-production through post-production in a way that will be captivating, knowledgeable, and fun for our audience to watch.
Assist with the video content production needs. This includes filming and uploading of 4K footage to the video editors of those brands.
Create dynamite motion graphics for our video reviews. We use motion graphic templates for our videos -- the competency to design, animate, and composite 2D and 3D motion graphics is required.
Film and edit videos that represent our brands. Ultimately, this means collaborating with the editorial and design teams to produce at least three to five high-quality videos every week. Superior time management and organizational skills are key in order to meet our goals.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing. Attention to detail on and off the set is a must.
Provide effective communication to the on-set talent, editorial personnel, and video staff.
Physical Demands: This job requires the ability to lift and move products 50+ pounds.
What You Bring
At least 5 years of in-studio video production using HD or 4K cameras (preferably shooting with the Panasonic GH5 4K camera)
At least 5 years of video editing experience using Adobe Premiere
At least 3 years of motion graphics experience via Adobe After Effects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
At minimum, intermediate experience with tools including (but not limited to): Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition
Familiarity working with engaging video on social media platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc
