Job Description ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Communications Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and executing our product communication strategy, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are well-informed and engaged with our brand offerings.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement product communication strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
Create and maintain compelling product content across various platforms including websites, social media, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to gather information and insights to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases and product announcements.
Monitor product communication effectiveness and gather analytics to inform future strategies.
Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in product communication, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex product information into clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
Experience using communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
