About the Role & Team
Join our luxury spa group and take the lead in driving in-spa sales across premium aesthetic services, including Cryo-Facial, Botox, fillers, and other advanced treatments. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the in-spa sales team, focus on client engagement, and ensure daily sales goals are consistently met. This is a pivotal role where your leadership directly impacts revenue and the client experience. Opportunities exist to grow into a Travel Sales Manager role, supporting other spa locations as needed.

What You’ll Do
Lead and coach the in-spa sales team to achieve daily sales quotas
Engage with clients post-treatment to sell, upsell, and cross-sell luxury services and packages
Align team members with sales goals and provide mentorship to drive results
Track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Support other spa locations as a Travel Sales Manager when assigned, with travel expenses covered
Represent the spa brand professionally and uphold exceptional service standards
What You’ll Bring
Prior sales experience, from entry-level to experienced professionals (even 2 months qualifies)
Understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques
High-energy, client-focused, and results-driven personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Willingness to travel to other locations when required
Preferred Qualifications
Luxury spa, aesthetic, or beauty sales experience
Leadership or prior team management experience
Familiarity with CRM systems
Preferred Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory
Compensation & Benefits
$3,000 monthly base pay + commission (structure shared during interview)
Unlimited earning potential through commission
