As our
HR Manager , you’ll be the go-to champion for employee experience. From resolving workplace challenges to launching engagement programs that spark connection, your work will shape the future of our organization.
What You’ll Own
Drive HR programs that align with organizational and big‑picture goals
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering guidance on workplace practices and employee relations
Lead thorough, fair, and compliant investigations while ensuring consistent application of policies
Develop and implement creative engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, uncover insights, and support continuous improvement
Partner with Learning & Development to design, maintain, and deliver HR training materials that are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards
Collaborate with the HR Director to design and implement the performance management process, ensuring staff are trained and supported in best practices
What Makes You Shine
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (HR certification = bonus points!)
✔ 5–8 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
✔ A knack for coaching, conflict resolution, and building trust
✔ Tech-savvy with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range: $101,000 - $112,000 annually

Our facility is approved by the Colorado Health Service Corps (CHSC), and we offer our employees the opportunity to participate in our Loan Repayment Program. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package which includes:
