Job description Channel Account Manager Copiers REMOTE (Mid-West) Our client is a prominent provider of digital imaging solutions in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.

They are currently searching for a Channel Account Manager for the Mid-West region. The ideal candidate should possess technical knowledge and experience in devising strategies with key decision-makers to drive sales growth. This role is a full-time position, offering virtual/remote work with an estimated annual salary range of $70,-,. The position is eligible for commissions based on a 65/35 split under the terms of an applicable plan.

Responsibilities

Formulate strategies to boost sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and end users

Serve as the primary contact for the company, fostering business relationships between the company and assigned dealers and/or offices

Communicate effectively with Fortune customers, including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, by presenting high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis

Provide technical expertise to the dealer sales channel and end user customers for detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions

Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel-related support

Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support assistance

Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with the dealer sales channel

Manage coordination of certain events/tradeshows

Apply company policies and procedures to address routine issues

Possess knowledge of company products and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED

3-5 years of related experience

Experience with copier sales/A3 market required

B2B retail sales and/or customer face-to-face, copier dealer, copier manufacturer experience preferred

CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification

CompTIA Network+ Certification

5+ years in sales/sales support and industry-related experience

Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas:
