Why This Role Matters The Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Vice President of Bedding Sales, supports the North America Sales Organization by building and maintaining strong customer relationships while managing critical sales, operational, and development processes. This role requires strong project management capabilities and advanced Excel skills to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, track progress, and ensure the successful execution of sales activities.
How You’ll Contribute
Support the Sales Team with all activities related to the administration of the sales organization in North America.
Maintain the administration for assigned accounts with special attention to item setups, forecast entry, and lab data requests.
Support Sales Representatives with existing and new accounts by focusing on sales development activities, including presentations, price quotation creation, and sample entry, tracking, and delivery.
Access current data systems to retrieve real‑time data for all reporting and production information needs; analyze data and report on trends or discrepancies.
Assist in showroom set up and preparation for account meetings.
Assist in trade show planning and execution; attend trade shows in support of sales functions as needed.
Plan and organize daily work schedules to accommodate new priorities, addressing urgent matters while focusing on the company’s most important objectives.
Assist with product and service‑related issues by gathering data, requesting samples, and coordinating test results.
Develop professional and technical knowledge of all products within the division; work inside and outside the organization to learn all areas of the business, including Customer Requirements, Product Development, Production, Quality, and Customer Service.
