District Sales Manager – North Central Region Remote | Field-Based | Territory: Multiple Opportunities and Locations

What You'll Do As a District Sales Manager, you'll be the key driver of territory growth, dealer success, and brand representation in the field. You'll own the relationship with your independent dealers and empower them to grow their business with DEVELON equipment.

Key Responsibilities Territory & Dealer Network Management

Lead annual sales planning with dealers and drive execution to exceed sales goals

Build strong, consultative relationships with dealer principals and sales teams

Partner with dealers to ensure high-quality customer experiences at every touchpoint

Represent DEVELON's interests with professionalism, while balancing the needs of both dealer and customer

Develop and execute dealer plans that align with broader market strategy and share growth goals

Dealer Engagement & Performance

Conduct quarterly business reviews with core dealers

Share market share data, performance metrics, and industry insights

Align on action plans to optimize growth and dealer performance

Promote accountability and follow-through on strategic initiatives

Sales Training & Enablement

Deliver impactful sales and product training to dealer teams

Facilitate district training events on new products and competitive comparisons

Mentor new dealer sales professionals and support retail sales growth through field rides and coaching

Requirements What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in sales, territory management, or channel marketing

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote/home-office setting

Experience with dealer or B2B network development a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Willingness to travel up to 50% within the North Central territory

Completion of prerequisite training programs
