to help us evolve our QA process through automation to support that journey. Position Overview

As the

QA Manager

you will lead quality assurance for our next-generation

IIoT SaaS platform , with a strong emphasis on

automation-first testing . You will lead a growing team of QA engineers, define test strategies across cloud, UI and API layers, and play a key role in ensuring our products are reliable, scalable, and secure in the field. This is a strategic role responsible for setting up QA practices, driving automation-first initiatives, and ensuring the quality of solutions that span edge devices, cloud services, and end-user applications. The right person would be considered a candidate to head up the QA group as it expands. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product and business goals. Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional QA team (automation, manual). Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate closely with product, development, DevOps, and customer success teams. Automation & CI/CD: Own the design and implementation of robust, scalable test automation frameworks for: Automation & CI/CD: Web & mobile UI testing Automation & CI/CD: API testing Automation & CI/CD: Back-end application testing Automation & CI/CD: System-level and integration testing Automation & CI/CD: Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Playwright, etc. Automation & CI/CD: Experience with testing platforms like BrowserStack, Katalon Studio, etc. Quality Governance: Define quality KPIs and build dashboards for visibility (e.g., defect escape rate, test coverage, regression times). Quality Governance: Ensure strong release readiness with regression, performance, security, and exploratory testing. Quality Governance: Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement efforts. Quality Governance: Drive technical governance in QA and compliance with security, performance, and scalability requirements. Quality Governance: Contribute to compliance and operational resilience (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). End-to-End Validation Responsibilities

Oversee QA across the full IoT stack: telemetry → edge/gateways → cloud/backend → mobile/web interfaces. Lead testing of protocols such as Kafka, MQTT, etc. Manage device labs, hardware-in-loop setups, and real-world scenario simulations. Industrial Integration

QA processes for multiple clouds, on-prem and inside of customer deployments. Integrations with LDAR, CMMS and other systems used in industry. Integrations with customers message buses like Kafka, MQTT etc. Team Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, and product teams to align QA processes and automation with product goals. Mentor QA team and contribute to high-impact technical decisions. Required Qualifications

10+ years in software QA, with 3–5+ years in a QA leadership/management role. Proven experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Pytest, Appium, etc.). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with IoT systems QA. Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, JS, etc.). Experience working in agile or Scrum environments. Nice to Have

Background in oil & gas or energy sector (field operations, telemetry, control systems). Familiarity with time-series databases (Influx DB, Timescale DB) and streaming tools (Kafka, Spark). Exposure to AI/ML, analytics, anomaly detection, or predictive maintenance use cases. Why Join Us
