Conduct regular account reviews, gathering and addressing client feedback to continually enhance our services.
Stay ahead of technology trends, providing strategic advice that empowers clients to harness new opportunities.
Efficiently manage client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools, maintaining accurate and comprehensive account records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles, ideally in IT or managed services.
Solid grasp of IT solutions and proven ability to align these solutions with clients' business needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic mindset, analytical problem-solving skills, and proactive in identifying and addressing client needs.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for client visits.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM and sales automation software.
Professional certifications in sales, account management, or IT.
Background managing client accounts in technology-oriented sectors.
