Inbound Sales Advisor – February 16th Start Join Delta Defense LLC as an Inbound Sales Advisor and help protect what matters most. This remote opportunity is open to U.S. residents outside AK, CA, FL, HI, IL, KY, NJ, NY, and WA.

Position Summary As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will engage prospects, sell USCCA memberships, and build authentic relationships. Your earnings are tied to performance and team KPIs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats.

Make outbound follow‑up calls to qualified leads.

Sell USCCA memberships and related products via phone and chat.

Understand prospects’ self‑defense goals and offer aligned solutions.

Maintain expert knowledge of USCCA product suite.

Process product orders accurately and efficiently.

Track and document all customer interactions and outcomes.

Consistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs.Assist with Member Engagement lines when needed.

Represent Delta Defense core values in every interaction.

Skills, Abilities & Requirements

Success in sales and customer service with strong relationship building.

Experience in phone and chat‑based sales roles.

Pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License (paid training provided).

Confident, dependable, and motivated by measurable success.

Understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles.

Proficiency in multiple computer applications.

Excellent interpersonal skills and rapid rapport building.

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Alignment with Delta Defense core values.

Compensation & Shift Starting hourly wage $20.00 + commission. Full-time 40 h/week. Shifts: Tuesday‑Saturday 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm and Sunday‑Thursday 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm (Central Time).

Training & Licensing New hires complete 8 weeks of full‑time, paid virtual training Monday – Friday 8:00‑4:30 Central. Training covers onboarding, products, systems, sales, service, and licensing preparation.
