Your Role As an Account Executive, Commercial, you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client, helping businesses solve complex communication problems globally. You’ll combine acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad.

This in‑office position reports to the Commercial Sales Manager and is based in our Tempe, AZ office.

What You’ll Do

Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.

Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.

Have weekly 1:1s with your manager for coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.

Skills You’ll Bring

1–2 years of sales experience in a fast‑changing environment.

Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.

Preferred expertise in SaaS sales.
