Responsibilities

Identify and secure new property listings by leveraging your local market expertise.

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure a seamless selling experience.

Stay informed about local real estate trends to provide expert guidance and advice to clients.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listings.

Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers and generate interest.

Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and their agents to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Prepare and present detailed market analyses to clients to support informed decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties in the Houston-Baytown-Sugar Land area.

Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and professional selling experience.

Proven track record of securing new property listings through effective market expertise and networking.

Strong understanding of local real estate trends and the ability to provide expert guidance to clients.

Ability to collaborate with team members to develop and implement successful marketing strategies for listings.

Experience in conducting property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers and generate interest.

Skilled in negotiating offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and ensure satisfaction.

Compensation $125,500 - $192,000 yearly
