Our loan officers are relationship focused, not sales driven. They work with customers to tailor financing packages that meet the needs of their customers. Credit decisions are made locally in branch or in the immediate region. Citizen’s Alliance Bank Loan officers are surrounded by an excellent credit and support staff with the loan officer leading the charge.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

Meet and communicate with customers on a regular basis

Be responsible for all lending aspects for commercial, agricultural, and consumer loans.

Have excellent insight revolving around financial statements and trends

Approve and/or present credit and loans for approval to appropriate authority, as required.

Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels, and cross-sell products and services
