Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and general cleanliness of outdoor areas
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, ensuring minimal disruption
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in general maintenance, repair, or a related field
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
