Greet and engage customers in‑store and over the phone. Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services. Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top‑offs, and inspections. Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions. Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area. Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service. What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions. Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
