Job Description
The Full-time Property manager is expected to perform the following duties while on site: leasing, payment processing, merchandise sales, collections, email and phone correspondence with customers, light cleaning and administrative office functions, primarily on the computer. He or she will interface with the public face to face, by computer, and by phone. The Full-time property Manager is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service.
Pay scale is $14/hr to $16/hr based on experience. There is also an on-site apartment that is available to rent at no charge. The Full-time Property Manager must have reliable transportation and work 5 out of the 6 office days.
Our standard office hours are: M-F: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Sat: 8:30am - 2:00pm
Sun: Closed
Qualifications Customer Service experience, preferably as a manager or assistant manager in property management, retail, or hospitality.
Basic computer knowledge such as typing, emailing, printing, etc. is required.
Must have a positive, energetic attitude and be honest.
