Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented
Events Assistant
to support the planning and execution of our in‑person events and promotional activities. This role combines hands‑on event operations with customer engagement, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy fast‑paced work, interacting with the public, and contributing to smooth event experiences.
Your Impact in This Role:
As an Events Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring each event runs professionally from start to finish. You’ll help organize materials, interact with attendees, coordinate logistics, and support the overall success of each activation.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare event materials, equipment, and supplies prior to each event
Support on‑site setup, staging, signage placement, and breakdown
Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide friendly, informative customer service
Assist with managing foot traffic, lines, and attendee flow
Help monitor inventory and restock promotional items as needed
Coordinate with team members and event leads to resolve on‑site issues quickly
Keep the event space clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
Record attendance, engagement numbers, or other metrics requested by leadership
Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding schedules and expectations
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Ability to stay organized and focused while handling multiple tasks
Comfortable working in busy environments, both indoors and outdoors
Must be able to lift 25–40 lbs for event materials (as needed)
Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings based on event calendar
Experience in events, customer service, retail, or promotional work is a plus, but not required
