JR100122**Job Description:****Essential Functions:***To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.** Inspect incoming parts.* Rack and/or hang parts.* Ensure proper application of powder coat technique and product quality.* Machine set up and operations.
Adjust equipment to ensure correct paint application paths and material application thicknesses.* Inspect completed parts.* Wrap completed parts when necessary.* Perform daily preventative maintenance, to include the cleaning of paint booths, spray guns and lines, etc.* Maintain clean and organized work area.**Qualifications:*** High School/GED equivalent* 1-year experience with hand spray and powder paint operation preferred but not required* Reliable, dependable and on-time to work* Strong attention to detail* Work in safe manner* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.* Self-Starter, ability to work with little supervision* Dependable transportation* Teamwork environment**Work Environment:**Manufacturing warehouse facility with exposure to dust, heat, airborne particles.
