Overview Partner with and support Biddable Media Team and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of Paid Programmatic Media for the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role will be responsible for building digital campaigns and placing all trades within our various DSPs. This includes working with Managers on the critical role of maintaining accurate financial stewardship across the brand portfolio.
Responsibilities Programmatic Activation/Trading
Support the general day-to-day functions as led by the Biddable Managers
Execute programmatic campaigns from start to finish; setup, implementation, optimizations, reporting
Activate relevant audiences provided by internal brand teams
Report on campaign activity and leverage research and industry knowledge to provide actionable, data-driven insights
Own ongoing campaign optimization and reporting processes, ensuring campaigns deliver to target and achieve the best possible results
Monitor campaigns to ensure appropriate pacing relative to budgets and targets; update and optimize budgets and insertion orders throughout the year based on brands’ needs
Manage the reporting and financial management for Paid Search campaigns across the portfolio
Attend and actively participate in regular status meetings (both internal and external) to help prioritize deliverables, takeaways/next steps, and timelines with Managers
Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
Provide general team support as needed based on internal priorities and scope of projects
Demonstrate a “big picture” understanding of brands’ marketing strategy and the role Paid Search plays
Agency and Cross-Functional Internal Teams Collaboration
Partner with the media analytics team to measure impact of ongoing campaigns and the overall plan
Co-lead competitive tracking and reporting on a regular basis and/or as needed
Partner with Media Strategy & Planning and Connections Planning teams to develop a learning agenda and testing roadmap based on the brands’ objectives, insights, and key challenges
Requirements
4 Year Degree Preferred
2 – 5 years of relevant experience executing digital ad campaigns
Hands-on keyboard experience within a multichannel DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo!, etc.)
Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks
Account budget management through daily/weekly pacing, monthly and yearly goals
Ability to deliver results
Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT will be key)
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lead and influence others
Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
Passion for the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations. A strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands
Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
Strong ability to work closely with team members to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
