ABC provides in‐school services to children, families, and teachers based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. We are dedicated to providing evidence‑based support in order to increase appropriate social behavior and ensure positive life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities, educational teams, and families. We strive to accomplish this through individual evaluations, classroom consultation, direct services, intensive data collection, and individualized training. Our overall goal is to improve the quality of our clients’ lives and those surrounding them.
ABC is currently hiring full‑time staff to work within public schools providing 1:1 support to identified students.
Staff are expected to provide behavioral and academic support throughout the school day. Staff are integrated into the school community and crisis intervention team, working closely with school psychologists and special education teachers.
These positions include the following
Training in de‑escalation skills and physical management
Training in behavioral supports, data collection, and applied behavior analysis
Employment during the school year (late August through mid‑June)
Limited summer hours are available for the summer of 2026
Vacations and school closures off (unpaid without the use of PTO)
Starting hourly rate between $19.00 – $20.00 per hour for those entering the field (experience is discussed during the initial interview)
Convenient daily hours (8:30‑3:30; 7:15‑2:30)
401K for full‑time employees
Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual. Please note, due to the small size of our agency and short working year, health insurance is not provided although we are in the process of enrolling.
