The Community Sales Partner supports the
Community Sales Director
and
Executive Director
to increase occupancy, meet budgeted occupancy and revenue goals, and help maintain a waiting list for available apartments. This role provides the day-to-day sales support needed to achieve and exceed move-in goals while ensuring every interaction with families is professional, welcoming, and accurate. All marketing and sales discussions must be presented truthfully and remain consistent with the services the community provides to residents. What You’ll Do
Support occupancy and revenue goals by providing strong
sales support and administrative execution Assist with lead management activities including
calls, emails, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up Coordinate and support
tours
to ensure a warm, organized, and professional experience for prospects and families Help maintain a
waiting list
and support communication related to apartment availability Support
onsite marketing events
and community outreach efforts Maintain accurate records, communication, and internal coordination to keep the sales process moving Represent the community honestly and consistently in all marketing/sales communication What We’re Looking For (Required)
Senior living experience required
(assisted living / independent living / memory care) High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of administrative experience
(sales support, office admin, hospitality, leasing, etc.) Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly presence Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Preferred (Nice to Have)
Sales support, leasing, admissions, or hospitality experience Experience supporting tours, events, and/or move-in coordination CRM experience (if applicable) Top Reasons You’ll Love This Role

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
= consistent schedule and balance. Hourly + bonus opportunity:
