Who we are looking for: We’re seeking a

Brand Communications and Strategy Lead

to help shape and elevate brand narratives across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and storyteller who can translate business objectives into compelling brand platforms, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies, while also identifying cultural, partnership, and ambassador opportunities that drive relevance and growth. You’ll work at the intersection of brand strategy, communications, and partnerships, helping brands clarify who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the world. The ideal candidate would have both business and consumer marketing experience.

Your responsibilities:

Lead

brand communications strategy

for clients, from foundational narrative development to campaign-level execution

Shape and refine

brand positioning, messaging pillars, value propositions, and tone of voice

Develop

go-to-market strategies

for brand launches, campaigns, partnerships, and moments in culture

Translate complex business goals into clear, compelling, and differentiated brand stories

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistency across earned media, partnerships, influencer, affiliate, and owned channels

Identify and help foster

brand partnerships, ambassadors, and collaborators , prioritizing like-minded brands and talent that can authentically elevate the brand

Support relationship-building with partners and ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and narrative

Bring a strong point of view to brainstorms, strategic planning, and client discussions

Stay attuned to cultural trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes—especially within lifestyle, business, and sports

Lead the adoption of AI-enabled workflows to fundamentally speed and strengthen research, competitive monitoring, insight synthesis, messaging development, and GTM strategy with high standards for quality, accuracy, and on-brand execution.

Your skills and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree+

5-7 years (at least 3 years in an agency or consulting setting)

Location:

Hybrid work environment in

NYC or Cincinnati .
