Outside Sales Representative – HVAC & Commercial at Sunbelt Rentals.

Responsibilities
Rent and sell portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within a defined territory.
Cultivate existing accounts and develop new customers including commercial facilities, contractors, and event companies.
Collaborate with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turnkey solutions utilizing Sunbelt’s full equipment and service offerings.
Work closely with other Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to maximize penetration in new and existing customer accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
At least 2 years of direct sales experience.
Valid driver’s license in good standing and proof of auto insurance.
Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
Strong knowledge and ability in solution‑selling and high‑volume sales.
Skills and Abilities Solution‑selling approach with a proven sales track record and experience with high‑volume sales.
Physical Demands
Required to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 25 pounds or more.
May work indoors and outdoors as required.
