Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary

This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills and resources to develop your relationship building. We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within based on performance. The program is designed to be completed in 18-24 months, with opportunity to complete in as little as 12 months. Essential Functions

Handle the sales and process inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base Additional Responsibilities

On a voluntary basis and based on scheduling, perform the role of On-Call Representative as determined by Supervisor Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment High energy, self‑motivated, self‑directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices Possess a high degree of common sense and the aptitude to learn quickly Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program Must be computer literate intermediate required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required business administration or similar related degree One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred Must be computer literate intermediate required Compensation

Minimum Pay Range: $50,000 Maximum Pay Range: $55,000 Benefits
