What You’ll Do
Oversee service orders and workflow in the Drive Lane.
Ensure customers receive
prompt, courteous, and effective service .
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
Maintain high Customer Success Index standards.

Organized and friendly personality.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to manage others and work independently.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
