JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Inside Sales Representative- Florida, is responsible for actively managing and nurturing leads and opportunities within assigned regions to support field sales activities and promote exceptional field sales support. This role involves understanding internal & external customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with the field sales team to drive revenue growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

Develop and cultivate new salesopportunities by effectively managing leads through various channels, including lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.

Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and requirements to identifypotential opportunities for Viega products and services.

Route qualified leads to the appropriate teammember for further development and closure, ensuring seamless coordination between inside and field sales teams.

Drive sales closure and achieve quarterly sales objectivesby effectively managing the sales pipeline andleveragingopportunities for revenue growth.

Conduct extensive research on target accounts, identifykey decision-makers, and generate interest in Viega offerings.

Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned territories, ensuring accurateand up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities.

Collaborate closely with field sales representatives to build and nurture the sales pipeline, providing support and assistanceas needed to drive successful deal closures.

Perform other duties as requiredor assigned to support overall salesobjectivesand organizational goals.

Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities

Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel, PowerPoint, Business Warehouse, and Customer Relations Management software.

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identifyand capitalize on sales opportunities.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

Proficient in business mathematics and data analysis techniques.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

2-4 years related customer service and sales experience

Total Rewards Package

Base:$62,000-72,000 based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.

Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
