This is more than an Account Manager role — it’s a chance to be at the center of high-impact commercial interior projects that shape how people work, collaborate, and experience space. As an
Account Manager , you’ll be the trusted point of contact for clients while orchestrating the details behind complex, fast-moving projects. You’ll partner closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure every project flows seamlessly from order placement through final installation. If you thrive on organization, love keeping multiple projects moving forward, and take pride in delivering exceptional client experiences, this role was built for you. What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the
primary liaison
for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships Own projects from
kickoff through installation , ensuring timelines, details, and deliverables stay on track Collaborate cross-functionally with design, operations, logistics, and installation teams to drive smooth execution Review orders, specifications, and project details to ensure
accuracy and consistency Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedules or client satisfaction Maintain clear, professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle What We’re Looking For
Experience in
commercial interiors, furniture, design coordination, or project-based environments Ability to manage
multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
without missing details Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-through Confident, polished communicator who builds trust with clients and internal partners Comfortable working in a
