Job Description As a District Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business growth in the Mid-Atlantic (DC, DE, MD, VA, KY, WV) and Southeast Regions (NC, SC, GA, TN, FL, AL). You will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, building strong customer and partner relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. As an experienced sales leader, the District Sales Manager ensures WTG’s sales revenue and margin goals are met or exceeded. This role reports to the Regional Sales Director.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to develop and execute a strategic sales plan for achieving sales targets and revenue/margin goals to expand WTG’s business in the Mid-Atlantic & Southeast regions.

Identify, target, and cultivate new business opportunities.

Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead, motivate, develop and mentor a team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team targets.

Partner with key OEM vendors to drive effective collaboration and joint revenue.

Assist the Regional Sales Director and Business Development Manager with training/enablement for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives through coaching and in-person enablement sessions.

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform business strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing events and promotional campaigns.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Work closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with the company’s overall objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

2+ years of experience as an Information Technology Field Account Executive preferred.

2+ years of sales management experience preferred.

Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and trends.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to travel within the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions as needed; expected travel is 2 weeks out of the month.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
