Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at a high‑volume, upscale hotel. This role supports the Executive Chef in overseeing all back‑of‑house operations and ensures consistency, quality, and teamwork across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations across banquets, in‑room dining, and a la carte outlets
Lead, train, and support the culinary team to maintain high standards
Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and presentation standards
Monitor food and labor costs, manage P&L, and control inventory
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Work closely with front‑of‑house managers to deliver a seamless guest experience
Act as the Executive Chef’s primary support and step in when needed
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership, including at least 2 years as an Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or high‑volume restaurant setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with banquet production and multi‑outlet operations
Proven ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
Team‑first mindset with a passion for hospitality and hands‑on leadership
