We are seeking an experienced teller leader to assist in the administration and supervision of teller areas under the direction of the Teller Supervisor or Retail Coordinator. Candidates should provide excellent customer service, promote bank products, and process transactions in compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Assist the Teller Supervisor/Retail Coordinator in preparing teller work schedules, reviewing teller work regularly, and conducting teller audits.
Handle complex customer issues referred to the Lead Teller from other tellers.
Provide ongoing training and support to tellers, including performance reviews and participation in new teller training and mentoring.
Qualifications
Proven quality customer service experience.
Minimum one (1) year of proven success handling cash.
Leadership and teller experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Desired Skills
Excellent knowledge of teller services and customer relations.
Clear and effective communication with customers and co-workers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Community involvement and commitment.
Previous lead teller experience (preferred).

Work Environment and Physical Demands This position is located in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high-traffic during peak service times. Frequent use of telephone, computer, and other office equipment is required. Employees are typically seated at personal desks for most of the day, and work may vary in hours. Job functions are performed with general supervision and require teamwork and independent working ability.
