Job Description ADT is looking for an ADT Solutions Advisor. This role allows you to take advantage of our ever‑expanding line of innovative home automation and smart security products and solutions, and help make homes smarter and people safer each day. You will visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions, demonstrate the value of our products, and recommend the right solutions. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and turning curious consumers into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
Provide home automation and smart security solutions to customers by visiting homes or businesses.
Use strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions, explain products and services in depth, and recommend the right solutions.
Deliver a great customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and turning curious consumers into loyal customers.
Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
Use the ever‑expanding line of innovative products to help make homes smarter and people safer each day.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure Sales advisors will receive an uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of products or services sold and are eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $95,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
