Job Description
At Xplor, we help small and medium‑size businesses with cloud‑based technology solutions that streamline operations and secure payments. The Xplor Pay Direct Sales team plays a vital role in connecting these tools to business owners.
What You’ll Do
Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals
Work independently with full support and training
What You Get

You Are
A natural communicator and closer
Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling
Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
Alignment with Xplor’s four core values and a positive outlook
Location Fully remote. Must have eligible work rights and be able to conduct field work in your region.
