Responsibilities
Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly and monthly
Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Handle cash, perform opening/closing of business
Complete daily administrative paperwork and keep accurate goal tracking records
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 years old
Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (up to 7 hours per day)
Capable of lifting 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
