Hourly rate starting at $23.08
Potential annual earnings $50,500–$61,700 after training
Uncapped commissions for exceeding sales goals
$500 milestone incentive bonuses and $500 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities
Source, develop leads, prospect and network
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Communicate effectively in written and verbal form
Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
Self‑motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
Qualifications
Highly preferred sales experience
Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, and Life insurance licenses
Computer proficiency and good organizational skills
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
