About the Role This is not a "just show up" kind of job. We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for people and a drive to build relationships, grow brand visibility, and generate leads. You’ll be out in the field representing Right at Home to referral sources like hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, and more.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
Represent Right at Home at events and in the community.
Create and execute marketing strategies.
Track and report on referral activity.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client transitions.
Qualifications
Has a fire to succeed and a heart for seniors.
Is driven by results and action.
Excels in relationship-building.
Preferably has healthcare or senior care experience.
Is confident, clear, and persistent.
Success Criteria
Active in the field, sharing our mission.
Built strong referral networks.
Directly contribute to the agency's growth.
