Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant
Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission

We’re expanding our team of Recruitment Consultants across banking & finance, regulatory & insurance, life sciences and clean energy. You’ll begin by supporting experienced recruiters, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for active roles—with the opportunity to grow into a 360° consultant position over time.

What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with senior recruiters to identify and engage mid‑to‑senior‑level candidates across specialized markets.
Build strong relationships with candidates while learning the fundamentals of recruitment and market operations.
Support business development activity and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
