Position Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage existing client accounts with a focus on renewals and upselling. This role requires a relationship‑oriented, organized, and goal‑driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Track contract status and coordinate renewals.

Implement streamlined renewal administration processes.

Execute the Renewals Playbook diligently.

Maintain data integrity and ensure timely contract processing.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve sales quotas through upselling and cross‑selling.

Connect clients with internal resources as needed.

Set and track account targets aligned with company objectives.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to meet client needs.

Close sales by effectively communicating product capabilities and overcoming objections.

Assist in procurement processes to ensure urgency and predictability.

Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their evolving needs.

Participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of account management experience (software sales experience a plus).

Advanced critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Gong, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and mobile platforms (Apple/Android).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to navigate the software sales process successfully.
