to manage day‑to‑day activities for group benefit clients, develop and implement benefit strategies, and serve as the primary relationship manager ensuring outstanding client service and satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including renew, benefit strategy, and service delivery
Partner with consultants to develop and implement comprehensive benefit recommendations
Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and ensuring timely communication
Coordinate carrier negotiations, renewals, and benefit design changes
