Job Summary This role serves as a central enablement and execution partner for the East Territory, supporting the rollout of strategic initiatives, onboarding frameworks, and market-level execution. The Sr. Sales and Market Enablement Specialist acts as a connector between enterprise strategy and field execution, ensuring programs, tools, communications, and events are coordinated, clearly messaged, and effectively adopted across territory, market, and state levels.
This role partners closely with Field Operations leadership, Managing Directors, Analysts, and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, change management, and operational readiness.
Candidate must live/work in the Eastern Time Zone. Position requires 30% overnight travel.
Essential Job Functions
Serve as the central point of contact for initiative rollouts across the East Territory
Cascade key programs, updates, and timelines to Field Operations Analysts, Managing Directors, and market leaders
Partner with internal teams (Field Operations, Agency Operations, Field Integration, and training partners) to execute change management strategies at the territory, market, and state level
Identify risks, gaps, or readiness concerns ahead of major rollouts and recommend solutions
Manage territory-level change management planning, including saturation and sequencing calendars
Coordinate and support major territory-level events, including leadership meetings, summits, and large‑scale field events
Support territory-level communications by coordinating messaging, timelines, and distribution across audiences
Maintain and manage territory calendars related to initiatives, rollouts, training, events, and leadership communications
Serve as a coordination hub to reduce duplication, manage dependencies, and improve visibility across initiatives
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Requirements
5+ years insurance industry experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting sales, field operations, or enablement functions
High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Strong organizational and project coordination skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
Strong attention to detail with the ability to see both the big picture and executional nuances
Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and navigating cross‑functional teams
Ability to anticipate needs, identify risks early, and drive solutions forward
Physical Actions Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs. maximum, and seeing.
Physical Environment Required job duties are normally performed in a climate‑controlled office environment.
