About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creatively sharp Social Media & Website Assistant to support content planning, publishing, and day-to-day execution across multiple client accounts, as well as light edits and updates to client websites.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves social media, has a strong eye for content that stops the scroll, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Someone who is familiar with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and can quickly log in and change a photo, copy, tweak settings as needed.
Primarily, you’ll work closely with our lead strategist to bring thoughtful, on-brand content to life — ensuring every post feels intentional, elevated, and aligned with each client’s voice.
Responsibilities
Assist with content scheduling and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Support caption writing, hashtag research, and light content editing
Help organize content calendars and digital asset libraries
Engage with comments and messages as directed
Track basic performance metrics and assist with reportingCollaborate closely with the lead strategist to execute client strategies with accuracy and consistency
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram)
High taste level with an instinct for strong, shareable, and savable content
Natural storytelling ability and an eye for scroll‑stopping visuals
Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt seamlessly to different client voices
Highly reliable, organized, and proactive
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Experience using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Planable, HeyOrca, Hootsuite, or similar
Strong phone camera and basic photo editing skills for social‑ready imagery
Nice to Have
Experience using Planable
Prior agency or multi-client experience
Basic social media analytics knowledge
Video editing experience
