* Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, Community-based organizations, senior housing facilities, post-acute facilities, and senior centers to drive referrals for the mPH PACE program* Collaborate with Enrollment Specialist to ensure successful enrollment* Organize and conduct events in the community, conduct presentations to promote the PACE program* Maintain and record all productions/activities in CRM software* Strictly adhere to DHCS and CM regulations and policies regarding marketing practices for the PACE program* Develop quarterly marketing plan to generate qualified enrollment* Collaborate with Center’s management to develop retention strategies* Attend various community events, healthcare events in crease center’s census* Identify new opportunities to enhance and improve the referral process and activities* Flexible to working events in the evening and weekends as needed* Other duties as assigned* Experience in healthcare or enrollment sales, with a track record of generating business-business or business-to-customer referrals* Experience working with State/County eligibilities workers* Proficiency in CRM software preferred* Experiences working with Frail Elderly* Highly motivated individual with minimum supervision* B.S./B.A. Degree in healthcare, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred* Require a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law.* Bilingual: English/Korean required* Proof of a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law* Experience as a personal care attendant or certified nursing assistant* Experience with the frail and elderly population* CPR and First Aid certification (within 60 days of employment)* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred* Flexibility to perform role in the home on an as needed basis* Bilingual in English/Korean required* Proof of a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law* Performance-based cash bonus.* 401k with Employer match* Your choice of 6 medical plans, with premium coverage of up to 80% for employees and 75% for all dependents* Dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, short- and long-term disability coverages* PTO starting at 20 days per year; plus 12 paid holidays per year, and 2 floating holidays per year* Generous CME/CEU budget and time off, and professional development opportunities* One-time stipend towards setting up your home office (for remote or hybrid roles)* Family friendly policies, including paid new parent leave! #J-18808-Ljbffr
