What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train medical personnel on the effective use of cardiac mapping and ablation products
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster business growth
Act as a representative of the employer to support physicians and staff regarding CAS products and services
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to handle environmental exposure to infectious diseases and radiation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales
Proven experience with technical training assignments
Background in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
