Apartment Maintenance Technician

Compensation includes $19–$20 per hour, $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and other perks such as PTO, 401k, training, and discounts.

$19-$20 an hour
Yearly raises up to 5%
Quarterly maintenance bonus up to $3,000 per year
On‑Call Bonus $100 per week when on-call
$50 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Essential Job Duties and Oversight Responsibilities
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units between tenants
Painting/Staining interior and exterior applications
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
1+ years’ experience in general maintenance
Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing
Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
Good verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to provide great customer service to residents
Additional Requirements
Physical demonstration of basic job duties during interview
Pre‑employment screenings (criminal background check and drug screening)
