Position Overview We are seeking dependable Construction Laborer candidates to support waterproofing projects throughout the Tulsa area. The Construction Laborer will assist with surface preparation and application of waterproofing materials on residential and commercial job sites to ensure long‑lasting, high‑quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Apply waterproofing materials using caulk guns and paint rollers
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and staging materials
Assist with sealing joints, cracks, and exposed surfaces
Follow all job site safety procedures and guidelines
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work area
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience using a caulk gun and paint roller (required)
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Tulsa area
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
